Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to adjust or cancel your appointment, simply give us a call. We're here to help make the process as flexible as possible for you.
Preparing for Your Service
To ensure a smooth mobile lab service, please keep the following in mind:
- Fasting: If your doctor requires fasting for your specific tests, please ensure you fast for 8 hours prior to your appointment.
- Doctor's order: We will already have your doctor's order on file if one was provided. If you are a cash pay customer and do not have a doctor's order, this information will be discussed during booking.
